This gut renovation focused on the first-floor common space, removing the original staircase and creating an open plan for the first floor, utilizing convertible built-in millwork to maximize the uses of the common area. This is the first phase of a two-phase project. The second phase includes an addition to the rear of the building creating a new kitchen, common area and a master suite on the second floor.
