Currently under construction, these designs were created for site improvements and interior renovations for the Westchester ARC Senior Connection. The request was to renovate an existing facility to better serve their increasingly aging population. The Senior Connection needed to be multifunctioning and encourage a mixing of age groups.

Access to the underutilized exterior was provided via an operable facade and use was encouraged with a terraced patio. The designs and renderings were critical components in raising the funding to complete these site & building improvments.
